Ben’s civil litigation practice is devoted to representing individuals and businesses who suffer physical or financial injury, including the areas of personal injury, property damage, mass tort, insurance disputes, insurance bad faith claims, and business litigation. Ben has been recognized by Louisiana Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
Throughout his career, Ben has litigated claims in state and federal courts across Louisiana and in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ben is a graduate of LSU and LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and their children, playing golf, and supporting the LSU Tigers.
Adam devotes 100% of his practice to litigation, including personal injury, mass tort, insurance disputes, bad faith claims, professional liability, and business litigation. Adam has been recognized by Louisiana Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Medical Malpractice and also in Best Lawyers in America in Insurance Law and Commercial Litigation. He is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and Louisiana State Bar Association.
Prior to forming Dampf Thames, Adam was a partner at a regional law firm, where he handled complex trial and appellate litigation. In 2009, he graduated from LSU Law School in the top ten percent of his class. In 2006, Adam graduated magna cum laude from LSU. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Carly, and their 4 sons, and supporting the LSU Tigers.
